Kiribati 1979 – $150 Gold Coin.

This coin comes in its own original box with insert. This gold coin is one of 1000 gold uncirculated coins authorised to be struck by the Royal Mint.

All the Kiriati gold coins bear on the obverse the Crest of the Island consisting of a shield with a frigate bird in flight above a sunset at sea and the inscription KIRIBATI 1979.  The reverse of the gold coin depicts a Maneaba (or village meeting house).
